Tyler Marshall, MA, LPCC

Therapy for autistic and ADHD adults in Colorado.

Maybe you've felt different, or even broken, for most of your life without knowing why. Maybe you don't fit neatly into a diagnosis, and you don't need to. Many of my clients are autistic, have ADHD, or suspect they might. Therapy with me is a place to make sense of how your mind works, and to feel less alone. We meet online, so you can join from wherever you are in Colorado.

Who I work with

Most of the people I work with have only recently discovered, or started to suspect, that they're autistic or have ADHD. Often it clicked while watching someone talk about their own experience in a social media post or a video and thinking, "That's me." They tend to be smart, reliable, and kind, but running on empty by the end of the day. Many also deal with anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, or people-pleasing, and some carry trauma from years of feeling like an outsider. I work with all of it.

How I work

Many of my clients have already read the books and tried the apps. What's usually missing is time spent on why the same patterns keep showing up, and what they cost you. That's where we spend most of our sessions. I use evidence-based approaches: ACT and CBT for most of the work, ERP for OCD, and CPT for trauma. I'll suggest practical tools when they'd help, but tools are only part of it.

I help you see the patterns you're too close to see. I tell you what I actually notice, with warmth. And you won't fall through the cracks.

It comes from fifteen years in business, mostly portfolio management, before I became a counselor, and from living with a chronic illness. The full version is on the About page.
