What this site collects

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting, cookieless service that records page visits and referrers in aggregate. No personally identifiable information is collected, no cookies are set, and no data is shared with third parties.

What the contact form collects

If you choose to send a message through the contact form, your name, email, optional phone, and message are sent to my practice inbox. They are not stored on the site itself. Please do not include clinical details, diagnoses, or other sensitive information in the form. Save that for a free consult or first session, where it is protected by the same confidentiality that covers our work together.

Clinical records

Information from therapy sessions is governed by federal HIPAA rules and the Colorado Mental Health Practice Act, not by this privacy policy. The full mandatory disclosure statement is on the disclosures page.
