Book a free consult

Scheduler integration is being set up. Until then, use the message form below.

The fastest way to start is to book a free twenty-minute consult, your choice of phone or video. You pick the time, you get instant confirmation. If you would rather send a short note first, the form below goes to my email. Telehealth only, available across Colorado.

Book a free consult

The consult is twenty minutes, free, by phone or video. It is the lowest-pressure way to see whether we are a fit. No paperwork, no commitment.

Pick a time that works. No phone tag, no pressure. We will see if I am the right fit.

Send a short message

If you would rather send a note first, the form below is the place. It goes to my email. I read every message and reply within one business day.

What to include, and what not to

A few sentences is plenty. A useful note tells me what brought you here and how I can help. Examples:

  • "I am late-diagnosed AuDHD and looking for a therapist who actually works with adults, not parents."
  • "I keep getting stuck in people-pleasing patterns and want to start unwinding them."
  • "I am interested in a consult and prefer evening sessions."

A few things to skip in this form, for your privacy.

  • No clinical details. Diagnoses, symptoms, medications, trauma history. Save those for our first session, where they are protected by the same confidentiality that covers our work together.
  • No identifying information about others. Family members, partners, employers, anyone else.
  • No sensitive personal data like financial details or anything you would not want to send by regular email.

The form uses standard web encryption, but the message lands in my email like any other note. The free consult is the right place for anything sensitive.

Response time and availability

I read messages within one business day, usually faster. If you book a consult through the scheduler, you get instant confirmation.

I am not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or thinking of hurting yourself, please call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. If it is a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. The FAQ page has a longer note on crisis and after-hours support.

Telehealth across Colorado

Sagelight Counseling is a telehealth-only practice, available to clients located anywhere in Colorado. I work with people in the Denver metro communities of Westminster, Arvada, Littleton, Golden, Lakewood, and Broomfield, and across the rest of the state. No physical office address is published because there is no in-person office at launch.
